blue smoke from turbo diesel

my turbo diesel mini had a puff of blue smoke when letting off the throttle . and after driving if i come to a standstill smoke plumes out while at idle . , then complete loss of power

Maybe a pipe popped of the turbo. Could be a timing issue on the injectors, blocked fuel filter or air leak into the intake.
